Erin Nieland

John Nieland
A graduate of UCLA with degrees in both Psychology and Business, with his brother Quinn was a member of UCLA's 2 time NCAA National Championship Track & Field Team and Co-Captain of the UCLA Water Ski Team. John has lived and worked in London, England and Venice, Italy and was Founder and President of Progressive Plastics, a Portland based plastic injection molding company which he successfully sold in 1995 to join with Erin in Real Estate. |

Quinn Nieland
Quinn graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics, and with his brother John was a member of UCLA's 2 time NCAA National Championship Track & Field Team and Co-Captain of the UCLA Water Ski Team. A Sr. Project Manager in the Portland tech industry, Quinn also worked extensively in property development, construction and management, purchasing his first rental property in 1993 and first Lake Oswego waterfront in 1996. His wealth of personal experience led to a natural teaming with Erin and John |
